Returns & Exchanges Policy
Overview
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached. All items must still be in the original packaging. To be eligible to return footwear your item must be returned on use with the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a valid Order Number.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Defective or damaged merchandise
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. Please note that Marileys is not responsible for any damaged or defective items passed our 30-day return policy. In case you receive a damage or defective item, kindly visit our returns center to initiate your return or exchange. If you wish to exchange the item for the same product, we will present you with this option if the item is still in stock or you may opt for a store credit. While completing your return, kindly specify what is wrong with the item to enable us to process your return or exchange as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and issued via email in the form of a Gift Card for the price of the items purchased, minus the shipping fees.
Defective Items
Please visit our returns center to begin your return or exchange. If you want to exchange for the same item, you will be presented with this option if that item is still in stock or you may return for a store credit. Please include what is wrong with the item to be able to process your return as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Sale items
Marked down items are final sales.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
Please note that when returning an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
