Returns & Exchanges
We totally get it. Sometimes, an item doesn’t work out. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Item must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging.

Must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or odors.
Footwear
Footwear is eligible for return or exchange as long as:

It is unworn and shows no signs of wear or scuffs.

It is returned in original, undamaged packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bodysuits

Intimates

Gift cards

Store credit purchases

Items marked as Final Sale
Store Credit / Gift Card

Approved returns will be issued as a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit gift cards will be sent via email and are valid for 90 days.

Store credit cannot be used to cover return shipping fees.

Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and cannot be reissued if lost or expired.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not offer prepaid return labels.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

Contact Support@Marileys.co within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Damaged packaging does not qualify — we only cover issues with the item itself.

We do not cover damage that occurs after delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
All returns must be approved before being sent.
To start a return or exchange, please email Support@Marileys.co with the following:

Reason for return

Clear photos of the item(s)
We’ll review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll send next steps for sending the item(s) back.
Need a return label?
We’ve got you. Once your return is approved, we can email you a pre-paid shipping label. A flat $7.95 will be deducted from your store credit total once the return is processed.
