ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING
Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more — no code needed. Shipping will automatically be free at checkout on eligible orders.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. All shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way — most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email.
U.S. SHIPPING ONLY
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand soon — stay tuned!
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at Support@Marileys.co within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors or other household members
Contacting your local post office or carrier
Filing a claim with the shipping provider
If you need guidance, reach out — we’ll do our best to assist you.
ORDER DELAYS
We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you on time. If there’s an unexpected delay (such as during holidays or carrier disruptions), we’ll notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.
